Our team is led by Mr Rajendra Chaudhary who is a medically and legally qualified and an experienced Medical Employment specialist.
We are specialists in defending doctors and dentists. We provide advice and representation in –
- General Medical Council and and General Dental Council: We defend before GMC and GDC. We assist in Fitness to Practise investigations and hearings. We provide representation in Interim Orders Panels (IOP) hearings.
- Employers Disciplinary: We assist and represent doctors and dentists in employment disciplinary investigation and hearing for Professional and Personal conduct, Capability and Health Issues under the “MAINTAINING HIGH PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS IN THE MODERN NHS”.
- NHS Terms and Conditions: We provide advice in terms and conditions of service for NHS doctors and dentists including in matters of salary progression, leave entitlement, removal expenses and travelling expenses.
- Training Matters: We provide advice and representation in training matters.
- Career Progression: We provide advice and representation in CESR and CEGPR applications advise in career progression.
- Support in Complaints: We provide advice and representation in pursuing complaints of bullying, harassment or discrimination.
- Primary Health List Tribunal: Advice and Representation in Performers List issues for GPs and GDPs.
We provide advice to GP and GDP practices in contractual issues, Disciplinary and other Employment Procedures and Partnership matters. We also defend GP and GDP practices in Employment Tribunals and in claims under Health and Safety legislation.
